Crafting Connections in the World of Work

Paramount Human Resource Service Cooperative (PHRSC) was established in 2005 and is a duly registered entity with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA). PHRSC was conceived by 15 pioneering individuals with strong social consciousness, aiming to lift every able-bodied and highly qualified Filipino out of poverty through a cooperative that can develop and harness their abilities and skills to their full potential, transforming these individuals into a workforce that can add value to any organization. From a service cooperative, Paramount has been accredited as a multi-purpose cooperative since September 11, 2013, and changed its name to Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative (PHRMPC).

PHRMPC started with 200 members and 2 business partners. After 19 years, we now have a roster of 14,000 members, with roles ranging from butchers, restaurant personnel, sales staff, logistics staff, merchandisers, coordinators, supervisors, and management trainees. We support the needs of our members and business partners. We have approximately 389 office-based and on-site personnel, along with area coordinators, who handle talent acquisition, learning and development, administration, accounting and finance, timekeeping, payroll and billing, client and member welfare, centralized operations support group, management information systems, and account management team.

The phenomenal growth of the Cooperative for the past 19 years can be attributed to its highly- motivated members and satisfied and loyal business partners. Our success rate in the search and placement since our inception is at 95%.

In accordance with regulatory requirements, we, as a Cooperative, process all necessary deductions, encompassing government-mandated contributions such as Social Security, PhilHealth, and Pag-Ibig. Furthermore, all Cooperative members are entitled to benefits, including paid holidays and paid vacations. Aligned with our cooperative principles, we are committed to fostering business cooperation and industrial peace.
