Our operations process may include one, any or all of the following:

Solitary On-boarding - Paramount processes referred members by the client to become more productive members of the cooperative. A well-planned introduction helps new members become fully operational quickly and is often integrated with a new environment and system. On-boarding is mainly processed for retention purposes.

Employment Issues (Worksite Member) - Paramount can act as a neutral party contact for worksite members to discuss serious member and client concerns like tardiness, performance and more. We also conduct follow-up with the worksite member as needed.

Employee Disciplinary Action & Performance Improvement Plans – Paramount can implement current policies and processes and recommend revisions or additions necessary. We also further develop communication tools, manager training and provide assistance with documenting all legal matters concerning deployment until recall from assignment.

Unemployment Claims – Paramount will direct and monitor claims as a third-party administrator that assists with unemployment claims responses and appeal hearings preparation.
