Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and inventory management
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks that may require standing, lifting, or bending for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is an advantage
• Available for a stay-in setup
