Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, or related technical works
- Knowledgeable in the proper use of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Vocational graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related technical field is an advantage
- Experience in property, facility, or building maintenance operations is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to be assigned to any of the listed locations
- Available to start immediately
