Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, screening calls, and taking messages
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain calendars and keep track of deadlines
- Prepare and process travel arrangements
- Order and maintain office supplies
- File and maintain documents
- Compose and send emails and letters
- Prepare presentations and reports.
- Manage databases and spreadsheets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
