- Capable of overseeing and managing operations across multiple store or branch locations
- Experienced in conducting site inspections, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Skilled in handling operational concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and preparing reports for management
- Possesses strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel and work on a roving assignment basis
- Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business-related course
- With experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Knowledgeable in project planning, monitoring, and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Willing to conduct field work, if necessary
