Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, or related technical works
• Knowledgeable in the proper use of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures
• Vocational graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related technical field is an advantage
• Experience in property, facility, or building maintenance operations is preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to be assigned to any of the listed locations
• Available to start immediately
