Expertise in Training & Development and delivering engaging training sessions
Proficiency in Learning Management and handling related systems
Strong Communication skills for building relationships and delivering presentations
Experience with Instructional Design to create impactful learning materials
Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and independently manage tasks
Knowledge of industry best practices in Learning & Development
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field

With at least 1 year experience supervising staff OR leading accounting tasks/processes
With Experience in Food industry
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Knowledgeable in basic accounting functions such as:
– Accounts Payable / Disbursement
– Billing / Accounts Receivable
– Bank and account reconciliation
– Preparation of accounting schedules and reports
Organized, detail-oriented, and can work with deadlines
