• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks that may require standing, lifting, or bending for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is an advantage
• Available for a stay-in setup

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook, preferably in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation
• Ability to create and modify menus based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and kitchen best practices
• Ability to manage kitchen operations, including inventory, cost control, and staff supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and passion for food and culinary innovation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and work under pressure
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is an advantage
