PHRMPC Free Run 2026 | Run for Unity & Health
The Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative (PHRMPC) successfully held its PHRMPC Free Run 2026: Run for Unity and Health last Sunday, February 22, bringing together members for a morning of movement, energy, and shared purpose along Tomas Morato Avenue, from Scout Rallos Street to Don Alejandro Roces Avenue.
The run was held in support of the Car-Free Sundays initiative of Quezon City Government, allowing participants to enjoy a safer and more refreshing environment for outdoor activities. Members eagerly took to the streets, turning the avenue into a vibrant space filled with enthusiasm, determination, and positive energy.
More than a fitness activity, the First PHRMPC Free Run 2026 became a celebration of unity and camaraderie within the Paramount community. Participants of different ages and running levels came together, demonstrating that the spirit of cooperation and teamwork extends beyond the workplace. From the starting line to the final stretch, runners showed determination, sportsmanship, and encouragement for one another.
The event highlighted PHRMPC’s commitment to promoting wellness and strengthening connections among its members. By encouraging an active lifestyle, the cooperative continues to support initiatives that contribute to both physical health and a positive community culture.
PHRMPC extends its sincere appreciation to all participants, organizers, and supporters who helped make the first Free Run a memorable and successful event. The enthusiasm and participation of the Paramount family turned the run into an inspiring start toward more activities that promote unity, wellness, and shared experiences.
