Client Operational Partnership

We offer a range of operational management services designed to enhance member productivity, ensure smooth worksite relations, and manage various administrative processes. Our aim is to foster effective partnerships across diverse industries.

Our operational process may include one, any, or all of the following:

  1. Solitary Onboarding: We streamline the onboarding process for members referred by clients, facilitating their swift integration and increased productivity within the cooperative. A well-planned introduction ensures new members quickly become fully operational and seamlessly adapt to their new environment and systems. Onboarding is primarily processed for retention purposes.
  2. Employment Issues (Worksite Member): We can act as a neutral intermediary for worksite members, providing a confidential contact point to discuss significant concerns related to performance, attendance (e.g., tardiness), and other client-specific matters. We also conduct necessary follow-ups with worksite members to address these issues effectively.
  3. Employee Disciplinary Action & Performance Improvement Plans: We implement current policies and processes related to member conduct and performance, and we can recommend necessary revisions or additions to these guidelines. Furthermore, we develop communication tools, provide manager training, and offer assistance with documenting all legal matters from deployment until recall from assignment.
  4. Unemployment Claims: We direct and monitor unemployment claims as a third-party administrator, assisting clients with unemployment claim responses and preparing for appeal hearings.
