The spirit of Halloween came alive as Paramount celebrated its Spooktacular Synergy 2025, a fun-filled event that brought together employees and their families for a day of creativity, camaraderie, and spooky excitement.

The celebration kicked off with delightful moments for the little ones who came dressed in their cutest and most imaginative Halloween costumes. From tiny witches and wizards to little superheroes and charming monsters, the kids truly made the event extra magical. They enjoyed going around the area for sweet treats and candies prepared specially for them, a Halloween tradition that brought smiles and giggles all around.

Adding more excitement to the fun, our young participants also joined the Best Costume Contest, where they proudly showcased their adorable and creative outfits. The competition was tough, but the joy and confidence of every child made them all winners in our eyes. Congratulations to our Best Cutie Costume awardees for standing out with their creativity and charm!

But the real showstopper of the event was the Halloween Costume & Performance Contest, where different departments took the stage to display their teamwork and talent through spooky-themed presentations. Each group impressed the crowd with their creativity, energy, and Halloween spirit.

And of course, one team cast the strongest spell of all, the Spellbound Squad from the Learning and Development Department, who captivated the audience with their stunning performance and took home the title as this year’s Halloween Costume & Performance Contest Champion!

The event truly captured the essence of synergy, the power of unity and teamwork that creates something greater than what anyone could achieve alone.
