Training the Trainers: Empowering Knowledge-Sharers for a Stronger Workforce
Behind every effective training program is someone who knows how to turn knowledge into meaningful learning.
Paramount recently conducted the MASG Train-the-Trainer (TTT) 2026, bringing together selected personnel from the MASG team for an intensive learning experience designed to strengthen their capabilities as future trainers and facilitators.
The program focused on developing three key areas essential to effective training delivery: facilitation skills, product and
process knowledge, and effective training methodologies.
From Knowledge to Impact
Being a trainer goes beyond knowing the subject. It requires the ability to communicate ideas clearly, engage different types
of learners, and create an environment where people feel encouraged to participate and learn.
Throughout the session, participants were equipped with practical approaches to delivering training more effectively. They
explored ways to communicate information with greater clarity, facilitate meaningful discussions, and translate technical or
process-related knowledge into learning experiences that participants can understand and apply.
The program also provided opportunities for participants to step forward as facilitators—allowing them to practice their delivery,
build confidence, and learn from one another along the way.
Building Trainers, Building Capability
The Train-the-Trainer program plays an important role in strengthening Paramount’s internal learning culture.
By equipping selected personnel with the skills to effectively share knowledge, the organization creates a network of capable
trainers who can help cascade important information, processes, and best practices across their teams.
This creates a powerful cycle:
Learn. Practice. Share. Multiply.
When employees are empowered to become effective trainers, knowledge does not remain with one person or within one
training room. It moves across teams, strengthens capabilities, and contributes to a more consistent and knowledgeable workforce.
Preparing for Better Learning Experiences
The MASG TTT 2026 also reflects Paramount’s continued commitment to developing people who can adapt to the changing
needs of the workplace.
Through continuous learning and capability-building initiatives, employees are given opportunities to take on new roles,
strengthen their expertise, and contribute beyond their day-to-day responsibilities.
The organization extends its appreciation to all participants for their active participation, willingness to learn, and
commitment to becoming more effective learning facilitators.
As these newly equipped trainers bring their knowledge back to their respective teams, the impact of the training continues
beyond the session—creating more opportunities for employees to learn, improve, and grow together.
Train the Trainers. Strengthen the Workforce. Shape What’s Next.
Because when knowledge is shared effectively, learning becomes a force that moves the entire organization forward.
