Great leaders are not simply born, they are developed through continuous learning, meaningful experiences, and the
willingness to grow.

With this in mind, Paramount recently brought together employees from Black Bull, Fukui Kasei, Mori, Senior Pollo, and William
Watson for a dedicated Leadership Training Program designed to strengthen leadership capabilities and prepare employees for the evolving demands of the workplace.

More Than a Training, A Step Toward Better Leadership

The program went beyond traditional learning sessions. Participants were given opportunities to reflect on their leadership
approaches, exchange ideas with colleagues, and strengthen the skills needed to effectively lead people and teams.

Throughout the training, key areas such as effective communication, teamwork, collaboration, and workplace excellence were
highlighted, reminding participants that leadership is not only about making decisions, but also about inspiring others, building
trust, and creating a positive impact within the organization.

The sessions encouraged participants to look at leadership from a broader perspective: How can we communicate better?
How can we work better as a team? And how can we become leaders who create meaningful change?

These conversations and learning experiences helped create an environment where participants could learn from one another
while gaining practical insights that they can bring back to their respective workplaces.

The training was facilitated by the PHRMPC L&D Academy, reinforcing Paramount’s commitment to providing learning
opportunities that support both professional and organizational growth.
