Position Overview

We are looking for Multi-Skilled Technicians (MST) to support building and property maintenance operations across various locations in Metro Manila. The successful candidates should have practical experience in electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, painting, civil works, or general building maintenance.

• 4/NEO BGC – Electrical / MST
• 6/NEO BGC – Electrical / MST
• TDG IN.HUB – Western Bicutan – Electrical / Aircon / MST
• Pacific Plaza Tower – MST / Plumber

MANILA

• GSQUARE Manila – Electrical / MST

MAKATI CITY

• Tiffany Place Condominium – Aircon Technician / MST
• MPC Makati (McKinley) – MST

MANDALUYONG CITY

• UNILAB – Electrical / Civil Works

Job Qualifications

• With experience in Electrical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Painting, Civil Works, or Building Maintenance
• Knowledgeable in the proper use of basic tools and equipment
• Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn
• Vocational graduate or with relevant work experience is an advantage
• Willing to work in building and property maintenance operations
• Can start ASAP
