Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Previous experience working in a restaurant server is preferred, but not always necessary.
- Culinary school training or certification is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Preferably with complete requirements and can start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks, attending to customers’ needs, and providing excellent customer service.
- Clears and resets tables, replenishes linens and silverware, assists servers with running food and drinks, and keeps the dining area clean and organized.
- Delivers prepared food from the kitchen to servers and ensures orders are correct.
- Greets guests, seats them, takes reservations, and manages the waitlist.
- Describe menu items in detail and make recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
