Service Crew

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
  • Previous experience working in a restaurant server is preferred, but not always necessary.
  • Culinary school training or certification is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Preferably with complete requirements and can start as soon as possible.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks, attending to customers’ needs, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Clears and resets tables, replenishes linens and silverware, assists servers with running food and drinks, and keeps the dining area clean and organized.
  • Delivers prepared food from the kitchen to servers and ensures orders are correct.
  • Greets guests, seats them, takes reservations, and manages the waitlist.
  • Describe menu items in detail and make recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
