The Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative (PHRMPC) conducted a Leadership Seminar in Morong, Bataan, bringing together Managers, Heads, and Supervisors for a focused learning experience on leadership development and personal growth.

Centered on the theme “Fully Alive: Use Your Strengths at Work,” the seminar was facilitated by Executive Coach Clifton Renz Esteban, who guided participants through a meaningful exploration of their individual strengths. The session highlighted the value of the CliftonStrengths Assessment, emphasizing how natural talents can be developed into powerful strengths through intentional effort and application.

Participants gained a deeper understanding of how talents evolve. They learned that talents may remain raw or become mature, depending on how they are nurtured and applied. Through the process of naming, claiming, and aiming their strengths, attendees were encouraged to take ownership of their abilities and align them with their roles as leaders within the organization.

The seminar also introduced the four domains of CliftonStrengths: Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building, and Strategic Thinking, providing a clear framework for understanding how each individual contributes to team success and organizational growth. These insights allowed participants to recognize their unique leadership styles and identify ways to maximize their impact in the workplace.

Beyond knowledge-sharing, the seminar created a space for reflection, collaboration, and self-discovery. Leaders were able to connect their personal strengths with their professional responsibilities, reinforcing the importance of purposeful leadership and continuous development.
