Service Operations Manager

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in service operations management, preferably within the home appliance, consumer electronics, or related industry.
• Proven experience in managing service partners, third-party service providers, or nationwide service networks.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation capabilities.
• Knowledge of service operation KPIs, process improvement, and customer experience management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English and Filipino/local language, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
