Job Qualifications

• With proven experience in aftersales operations and customer service management
• Capable of overseeing and managing operations across multiple store or branch locations
• Experienced in conducting site inspections, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Skilled in handling operational concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and preparing reports for management
• Possesses strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel and work on a roving assignment basis
• Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure
