Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and inventory management
Ability to lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff effectively
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and able to perform tasks that may require standing, lifting, or bending for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is an advantage
Available for a stay-in setup
